Luke Knowles, who co-founded Coupon Sherpa with his brother, Jesse Knowles, says, "Different stores have different guidelines. Some will ship items as late as Dec. 20, for example, while others, such as merchants who make personalized gifts, require orders by Dec. 7-8."
